An Inquiry By Scott Lemieux | In Uncategorized | On August 5, 2009 Is there any particular reason that using a cell phone (calling or texting) while driving a motor vehicle shouldn't carry similar legal sanctions as driving under the influence of alcohol? It doesn't seem much (if at all) less dangerous.
