I have some members of the finest commentariat in the blogosphere to thank:
- Jim N. for Still (I liked it more than Erik; not one of RT’s very best but solid), Live in Dublin (unless you’re a Cohen fanatic you don’t need it if you have Live in London, which remains the one late-period live Cohen to buy/stream if you’re buying/streaming only one. Despite the large overlaps in the setlist, though, the more minimalist arrangements on Dublin make an interesting comparison), and the above-pictured Gordo bean sampler. I made some of the Alubia Blancas simmered with chicken stock, onions, carrots, garlic and spinach, and served them with these sauteed chicken breasts last night. Went over well!
