By It’s excellent to have Nina Pillard confirmed to the D.C. Circuit. Although who knows what radical transformations of American society will ensue?
Of course we might really come to regret the filibuster, as Senate Republicans have concocted a fiendish plan to waste everyone’s time before Obama’s nominees are confirmed. Oh noes! Having a majority of decent judges on the D.C. Circuit will have to serve as my consolation.
