Robert Kagan proceeds exhaustively through the reasons that we should be concerned that Donald Trump could once again be president (gift link). This time, Trump is telling us, he will be ready to use all the levers of power to imprison and kill his enemies, to end the free press, and to build camps for the vermin. That last reminds us that he will also whip up as many Americans as he can to help in these goals.
