Trump’s tax fraud

First off, the really hackneyed thing about this story arc is that Trump’s tax returns while he was president had to be audited by the IRS by law — remember, that’s why they “couldn’t” be released — but they never were! So we have a real IRS scandal to go along with the Obama administration’s completely fake IRS scandal. Every accusation is . . . you know the drill.
Second, Trump’s taxes themselves are a gold mine of highly questionable deductions, weird pass throughs (more than 500!),, sketchy “forgiven loans” and “charitable giving,” and on and on and on, leading to one of the World’s Richest Men ™ paying essentially no and literally no federal income tax, respectively, in two of the four years when he was president of the United States.
Yes I know none of this will make any difference so don’t bother to point that out.
This is just example 734 of Trump doing stuff that would get an ordinary person — even in many cases an ordinary rich white person — in major trouble in re the criminal law.
