Looks like Poland was hit by a Ukrainian air defense missile.

Doesn’t change the fact that two people are dead, and doesn’t absolve Russia of the responsibility of launching a barrage of missiles against Ukraine, but it does mean no deliberate attack, which makes a NATO response unlikely.
