Amazingly, the “should Biden bring Trump as his date to the Queen’s funeral” colloquy wasn’t even the stupidest discussion held on the new lobotomized CNN yesterday:

While I didn’t see the unnamed commentators that Tapper is referring to, I would certainly bet my land and titles that their disagreement was not over the likelihood of Trump getting a favorable ruling from his hand-picked lickspittle but over whether a favorable ruling would have the slightest legal merit.
In addition to being horrible in substance, the business strategy here is just baffling. No material number of viewers is coming over from Fox News because you do a couple dignity-immolating “where does Aileen Cannon go to get her apology” segments. These people want red meat fed to them through an IV. All you’re just going to compel your liberal viewers to leave. And don’t think you’ll have yourself from attack from a future Trump administration either.
