The brilliant comic actor Fred Willard, most famous now for his performances in Christopher Guest’s improvisatory comedies, has died. His performance in Best in Show is some of the best comic acting ever captured on film. Make sure to check out Four Jacks and a Jill next time you’re in KC. R.I.P.
Also R.I.P. to Lynn Shelton, who inter many alia directed the wonderful 2011 movie Your Sister’s Sister as well as “Hands and Knees,” one of the greatest episodes of Mad Men.
