Frankly, this is shameful on the part of Paul, Weiss. The executive orders targeting law firms are an existential threat to the legal industry. Capitulation is not the answer.

What Pomerantz “did wrong” was to join an entirely legitimate investigation of Trump.
The message here is clear: these shakedowns will work, so Trump will keep doing them.
