The conservative legal movement’s undermining of the 14th Amendment is a dry run for their undermining of the 22nd Amendment

It would be very, very wrong to assume that Trump isn’t serious about this. There are numerous paths that Trump could pursue to get a de jure or de facto third term, including Vance willingly serving as his Medvedev.
One thing you can take to the bank is that Barnett and Wurman and/or some other FedSoc professors to be named later will absolutely pretend that there is some kind of “scholarship” showing that the 22nd Amendment doesn’t mean what it literally says or to accomplish its literal purpose, even though for some reason none of this “literature” appeared in 2016. This should be taken literally and seriously.
