One apparent silver lining on a miserable night
NBC and CNN have called Wisconsin and hence the election for Trump.
As of this writing, it looks like the Senate results will be bad but not worst-case — Baldwin has pulled ahead in Wisconsin and Slotkin is very narrowly behind with nearly 20% of Wayne County still outstanding, I think she’ll win too. Rosen is in decent shape although not a lock in Nevada. Casey, though, seems to be in very serious trouble, not one I thought Dems would lose.
