Sorry I do not have a photo to accompany this recipe, but trust me, it looks yummy.

Surprise, surprise: it’s another Ali Slagle recipe. This is about as easy as a recipe gets, but it doesn’t taste easy. My only quibble with the technique its that many of the gnocchi did not get crispy, even with my oven on the convection setting. So the next time I make this, I will crisp up the pasta up a bit before I add the other ingredients.

That aside, this is a lovely, super quick, nutritious meal. The Parmesan brings everything together and the lemon brightens everything up a bit. I will absolutely make this again…with my tweak.
