If someone says they’re going to blow up a school, but no schools have exploded, does it count as a threat?According to Senator JD Vance, it does not. In fact, people who say the bomb threats are bomb threats are trying to silence him, because of course he’s the real victim.
Vance and his campaign manager seized on the fact that Gov. DeWine described the 33 bomb threats that have shut down schools, hospitals, government buildings so far, as hoaxes (no word on the threats to shoot people) and most have come from overseas.
To Vance the fact that investigators eventually determined a batch of threats are hoaxes means people who reported on the bomb threats that he inspired, and apparently wants, owe him an apology.
I’m still waiting on a correction and apology from the left wing journalists.
They lied about these bomb threats to silence us. Why? Because they don’t want to talk about Kamala Harris’s border policies making housing unaffordable for American citizen
The bomb threats happened and continue to happen. Springfield, Ohio canceled its annual CultureFest because of the threats. I’m sure the town and local businesses need that money, but they won’t get it thanks to the party of fiscal responsibility.
In addition, DeWine sent more state troopers to Springfield because of the threats. Is Vance depraved enough to say that’s a waste of money because the threats haven’t been real? Probably.
The bomb threats are certainly real despite Vance’s insistence on some sort of Schrödinger’s view of the world where the threat to blow something up doesn’t exist until something goes Boom! And the threats didn’t start until he and Dump took a lie that can be traced back to neo-nazis on a national tour.
So if that slimy piece of shit wants an apology, I hope he holds his breath until he gets it.
