The “Adrian” being discussed here is presumably Johnny Donuts’s ideological comrade Adrian Vermeule, another person who will be working hard to ensure that “will rule that the 14th Amendment requires abortion to be treated like first degree murder in all 50 states” it a litmus test for Republican judges going forward.
