Judicial Extremists Declares National Labor Relations Act Unconstitutional

A top priority for a Harris administration needs to be stopping the outlaws on the 5th Circuit and the district courts including the guy who evidently just ruled the National Labor Relations Act unconstitutional.

There are definitely at least 3 votes for overturning the NLRB at the Supreme Court (Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch). I am not sure that two more would go quite that far, but it’s also clear that the future of the entire system of labor law is very much in doubt here and that a bunch of 40 year old judges with extreme agendas willing to overturn the 20th century is not something Democrats can hope goes away. Whether it is expanding that circuit or creating a new one that divides it and splits the scary people, this actually has to be a top political priority.

….This is pretty breaking and there’s no news write up about it yet and the discussions online first cited the 5th Circuit, which is why the post originally had this title. Evidently, the District Court judge cited the 5th Circuit in his reasoning. Sorry for the confusion.
