DraftKings, for a long time the rare operation that couldn’t make money on sports gambling, decided to get into the NFT racket. Having finally come to their senses and shut down the latter — there are only so many Silicon Valley dipshits and their dumbest reply guys to go around — they are trying to renege on the payments they owe to the NFLPA for the licensing. I obviously make no judgment about the legal merits of the case — although I certainly hope that DraftKings will have to cough up every dollar — but I want to frame the NFLPA’s legal response:
