Biden’s suspension of advertising and measured speech over the weekend were an appropriate reaction in the immediate aftermath. but the campaign is fully on, pious rhetoric coming from Republicans is bullshit, and Democrats shouldn’t be bullied out of campaigning because of the violence on Saturday.
