Megyn Kelly: Is Sam Alito really that different than any Jersey Shore meathead who bought a “Let’s Go Brandon” flag from TriggeraLib.us?
Today’s entry in the “um, what was your point supposed to be again?” sweepstakes:
oh you think it’s bad that a Supreme Court justice is a “stop the steal” conspiracy theorist? what if I told you some random dipshit is, too? I am very smart https://t.co/GlR55chMFG— Jay Willis (@jaywillis) May 23, 2024
“Even if Alito were a crank seditionist, there are a lot of crank seditionist judges and people and lawyers. They are entitled to a little representation, aren’t they, and a little chance? We can’t have all Ginsburgs and Kagans and Breyers and stuff like that there.”
I’m reminded of Robert Cover saying that he cannot imagine paying a second’s attention to what Warren Burger thought about any legal matter, except that Burger had literal life and death authority over people. I’m also reminded that NBC spent roughly the Gross National Product of Bolivia to try to make Megyn Kelly a thing.
