Fortunately for Trump, when your audience of reactionary evangelicals measures the sincerity of your faith by such metrics as “wants to use state coercion to force 12-year-olds to carry their rapist’s child to term” and “wants to use agents of the state to affirmatively ensure that migrants drown” even being able to convincingly fake actual religious belief is beside the point.
…While we’re here, what is the deal with the grocery store ID thing? Maybe the one time he ever set foot in a grocery store people were still paying with checks?
