Colorado Says No Insurrectionists On The Ballot
By The Colorado Supreme Court finds that Donald John Trump has engaged in insurrection, and therefore, in line with the 14th Amendment to the United State Constitution, cannot be on the ballot for President of the United States.
Trump’s people say they will appeal to the Supreme Court.
