Let’s check on Day 1 of Ken Paxton’s impeachment trial.

The Texas Senate on Tuesday rejected all of Attorney General Ken Paxton’s efforts to dismiss the articles of impeachment against him, moving forward with the first removal proceeding against a statewide elected official in more than a century.

Huh.

In other right wing crook news, Attorney General Letitia James has asked the NY State Supreme Court to sanction TFG and the oldest Innsmouth Kid’s attorneys. And Enrique Tarrio’s delayed sentencing should be undelayed any minute now.
