Supreme Court’s degenerate majority permits Alabama torture killing

Alabama was allowed to execute a prisoner early this morning even though its previous two state murders had involved torturing prisoners to death. Sotomayor dissented on behalf of the Court’s three non-neoconfederate memebers:
