The next pandemic will be so much worse

Neil Gorsuch decided to release a transcript of his recent appearance in Tim Pool’s podcast in the superficial form of a judicial opinion today:

The idea that (banal) vaccination requirements or stay-at-home orders (with many exceptions, and that were in the vas majority of cases practically unenforced) are worse civil liberties violations than, say, the Trail of Tears or chattel slavery or Jim Crow is…something. But “emergency pandemic response is totalitarianism” is established Republican Party dogma at this point, which seems very bad unless there is never another new deadly viral infection.
