I don’t understand why the Biden administration is even negotiating with a feckless worm like Kevin McCarthy, when McCarthy is going to need at least 100 Democratic votes to get a bunch of Republican spending cuts through the House, since the pure crazy wing of his party is so determined to heighten the contradictions.
