An American Tragedy

The death of at least 39 migrants, mostly Guatemalans, in a Juarez center where they are imprisoned rather than allow them into the U.S. is just as much a crime and a symptom of a broken, racist America as the constant blowing away of our lives through our gun culture. It’s really unacceptable and the number of liberals who are like whatever about Biden’s immigration policy looking a lot more like Stephen Miller than it should is quite upsetting. These deaths are absolutely on everyone who is stopping people from crossing the border, from Joe Biden to the Supreme Court to the racism at the heart of the American republic.

I really don’t see how our gun crimes are worse than this. They aren’t better either of course. Both are a symptom of an awful nation.
