The anti-vax ghouls

Super prominent right wing propaganda tool Charlie Kirk decided to use the medical crisis in last night’s NFL game to promote anti-vax conspiracy theories:
Conservative commentator Charlie Kirk weighed in on the life-threatening injury sustained by a Buffalo Bills player by nodding at anti-vaccine talking points. . .
“This is a tragic and all too familiar sight right now: Athletes dropping suddenly,” he tweeted.
Kirk has repeatedly tried to cast doubt on the effectiveness and safety of Covid-19 vaccines. Last year, he speculated that they have killed more than a million people.
BTW just this past year Covid officially killed more than 5,000 Americans under the age of 40 (probably an underestimate), and nearly 2,000 under the age of 30.
Kirk’s exploitation of the tragedy was merely par for the course in the right wing echo chamber, where the totally unsupported hypothesis that Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest because of the Covid vaccine was everywhere within minutes of Hamlin’s collapse on the field.
Garbage people.
