John Fetterman, the state lieutenant governor, has won Pennsylvania’s high-voltage race for an open Senate seat, NBC News projects, defeating celebrity TV doctor Mehmet Oz.
Things are looking very good for Mark Kelly too. And while Vance won he’s running well behind Trump, so not great for the Thiel Vampire Brigade. Dems have a real chance of holding the Senate here, which I didn’t expect.
Here in the Emerald State, nice to see Tiffany Smiley — the candidate for people who find Lee Atwater’s racism a little too subtle — get her ass absolutely kicked by Patty Murray despite a tsunami of ad spending. Looks like Dems will hold WA-8 and have a good shot of flipping WA-3 too.
