Kherson Liberated?

Word is that the Russians are withdrawing from Kherson west of the river:

This is a big deal in terms of Ukraine’s long-term economic viability, and a huge defeat for Russia. That said, it does permit the Russian Army to shorten up its defensive lines and to simplify its logistics, meaning that it may be difficult for the Ukrainians to make substantial additional gains as the campaign season ends.
