Whatever people like Alito say when they’re cornered with the implications of their own logic, you should be listening to the actual leaders of the American anti-abortion Wehrmacht, who are quite clear that they think any form of contraception that women have control over is literal poison that can be banned under the logic of Dobbs itself. The movement that brought you Dobbs absolutely thinks these are arguments of the Greatest Seriousity.
