A federal appellate judge has taken some time off from ordering his clerks (no boorish Yalies need apply!) to write Bari Weiss SubStack blogs to be issued as judicial opinions to order his clerks to write a Bari Weiss SubStack blog for the Texas Review of Law & Politics.

You’ll note how Ho carefully avoids quoting what Shapiro actually wrote (“But alas doesn’t fit into latest intersectionality hierarchy so we’ll get lesser black woman”) because it is not even compatible with the Teddy Bear Martin Luther King Whose Entire Career Consisted Of One Line In One Speech reactionaries hellbent on unraveling all of his achievements have invented. Admittedly, Shapiro’s remarks are more consistent with Brown v. Board…as it has been interpreted by Republican judges since 1973 (i.e. Brown does not give federal judges the authority to desegregate schools, but it does give them the authority to stop schools from trying to desegregate.) You will be very surprised to learn that the footnote about cancel culture in sports does not cite Colin Kaepernick.

Anyway, time for Sam Alito to head to the Mitch McConnell Center For Upward Wealth Redistribution and Undermining Democracy to give an angry speech decrying people who suggest that the federal judiciary is saturated with partisan hacks.
