Donald really doesn’t want anyone to look at the stuff he stole. May it please the court:
Politics cannot be allowed to impact the administration of justice. President Donald J. Trump is the clear frontrunner in the 2024 Republican Presidential Primary and in the 2024 General Election, should he decide to run. Beyond that, his endorsement in the 2022 mid-term elections has been decisive for Republican candidates.
Politics can’t be allowed to impact justice but by the way I’m going to be in charge again soon because I’m so super and everyone else is so stupid.
The motion calls the Aug. 8 search of Mar-a-Lago a “shockingly aggressive move” with “no understanding of the distress that it would cause most Americans.”
Most Americans couldn’t give a shit. But how’s that charming right wing saying go? Ah yes. Fuck your feelings.
Eventually the 4th Amendment is invoked.
I’m pretty sure it was dictated by the client and cleaned up in an attempt to make it coherent. I am not a lawyer, but I don’t think that’s ever a good idea.
Also, I suspect the thing is full of fibs.

Update: Apparently the initial filing that showed Trump was going to represent himself was an attorney error. Or an attorney subconscious screaming for help.
