Latest update on this is that a military car exploded, no one injured. I would point out that putting 190000 troops on an international border tends to make everyone jumpy. Separatist leader in Donetsk announcing evacuation of civilians to Russia on grounds that Ukraine is about to launch a genocide. I would say that it is not likely that Ukraine would choose this very moment to have a genocide.
