Watched The French Connection the other night for the first time in probably 15 years. Still remains pretty amazing! Depending on what you think of The Exorcist, it’s also probably the only good movie William Friedkin ever made. Is most definitely not the only good movie Gene Hackman ever made, who continues to amaze me as much as did when I first started getting into film during college.
