But srsly, the fundamental basis of white supremacy in America has always been that Certain People aren’t fit to be full citizens — they’re animals anyway so let them lose their souls, but for G-d’s sake don’t count their votes!

. . . I think it’s worth emphasizing the point we’ve now reached:

Rand Paul is saying that it’s a bad thing if too many black people vote. He’s not IMPLYING that or HINTING at that: he’s saying that straight out. He even emphasizes that what he’s describing is legal voting, but it’s still fraudulent voting, because white people getting outvoted by non-whites is per se fraudulent.

Again, he’s saying this right out loud, and completely unambiguously.
