What’s your favorite example of Brett Kavanaugh’s nonpartisan moderation — when he was a goon for Ken Starr’s inquisition? When he swore revenge on the Democratic Party at his Supreme Court confirmation hearings? When he suggested that it would be illegitimate to count absentee ballots after Election Day? So many choices!
