David is definitely providing a good template for dealing with Fancy Liberal Lawyer Brain here. (All editors who might be pitched by Lisa Blatt or Neal Katyal please note.)
I look forward to the Dersh filing suit under the First Amendment of the Federalist Society constitution, which clearly says “there shall be no criticism or indeed any consequences whatsoever if a white male reactionary chooses to exercise his freedom of speech.”
