Judge Parker is asking Kleinhelder why they didn't submit the postal worker's affidavit, he says they'd bring him to an evidentiary hearing.

Now we see the violence inherent in the system.

The key thing to understand about Trump and Trumpism is that these people believe they have some sort of God-given Constitutional Right to live a consequence-free existence, and it’s always the most terrific shock on those occasions when they discover that this most sacred of all rights enjoyed by non-poor white Americans will not be honored on this particular occasion.
