“Murder” is such an unpleasant term. Maybe it’s more like negligent homicide, although this looks more like malice aforethought to me:

This on the other hand is a fully justifiable homicide (Metaphorically speaking of course. Heaven forfend that anyone should wish actual harm of any sort on evil propagandists whose lies have and will kill uncounted numbers of their fellow citizens).
