The Chauvin verdict

A verdict has been reached in the trial of Derek Chauvin for the killing of George Floyd, and is about to be announced.
ETA: I was very pessimistic about all this yesterday, but given the speed of the verdict I’ve done a 180 and would be surprised if Chauvin isn’t found guilty on all charges (A compromise verdict would almost certainly have taken longer and an acquittal in this amount of time given this evidence is almost inconceivable).
ETA2: Chauvin has been found guilty of second degree murder, the most serious charge he faced.
