It’s the words that we don’t say that scare me so

Early this morning the Trump administration and the Republican majority of the Roberts Court finished a blood-soaked lame duck presidency by executing its 13th prisoner. As Justice Sotomayor observed in her dissent in the latest unjustified use of the shadow docket to clear the field for an execution, the federal government has now executed “more than three times as many people in the last six months than it had in the previous six decades.”

And keep this in mind when Republican elites give the “but muh judges” defense of supporting 4 years of Trump’s depravity.
