You see, the little known United States Districct Court, Northern Distrcoict of Georgia is the only federal court empowered to enforce Article XII of the Constitution, which can be found in the copy of the REAL Constitution recently uncovered after centuries of neglect in Leonard Leo’s secretary’s office:
