Note that Ellis and Giuliani specifically declined to present even any allegations of voter fraud to the Third Circuit, for the obvious reason that making such allegations when you have literally no evidence to support them can get you into a bit of hot water as a lawyer, unless you’re as crazy as Sidney Powell and just don’t care any more.

But Ellis is happy enough to lie about this on Twitter rather than in court.
