Good times are coming; I hear it everywhere I go
(1) Yesterday I noted that states had already reported 10.55 million votes cast, compared with about 1.4 million at the same point in the 2016 cycle. Today the former number has increased by nearly four million. Texas by itself has already recorded more than one million early votes, and the state hasn’t even finished tallying the first day of early in-person voting! States that record the party registration of mail-in votes report that so far registered Democrats are outvoting registered Republicans by roughly 2.5 to 1. (Historically more Republicans have voted early than Democrats).
(2) The latest Quinnipiac poll has Biden up by seven on Trump . . . in Georgia. It also has the Democrats ahead in both Senate races there.
