Will You Shut Up, Man?

Didn’t watch the debate, but have watched some of the lowlights this morning. The now-iconic moment is very interesting, because it comes in context of Biden refusing to answer Wallace’s question about eliminating the filibuster and packing the Supreme Court. If Trump had even an iota of self-discipline he could have let that land for what it was; a clear indication that Biden is open to both filibuster elimination and court-packing, which would have set the pundit classes chattering about the Breaking of the Norms and so forth. I stand by my belief that actually watching any of the debates is a terrible idea, but things of consequence can still happen on the stage. The message from Biden to both McConnell and to John Roberts seems fairly clear.
