Don’t let it bring you down, but the thing that really gets me isn’t the fact of Donald Trump himself, but rather the fact that 45% of Americans who even bother to vote this fall are going to vote for him. I mean if he had been installed by a foreign imperial power, or by Kodos and Kang, or if it were all a Twilight Zone episode, or whatever, it would be a lot easier to deal with the fact that this oxygen thief happens to rule over us.
But instead it’s our fault, because this is the kind of people we are. The kind of people who have made the worst man in the world — a human being lacking a single redeeming trait — seriously I can’t think of anyone else who I can honestly say that about — president of the United States, and who might do it again, because that’s just how evil and pathetic we have become in this totally degenerate era.
