Paprika and Pork
Recently made this for the fam and it got rave reviews. It’s a fairly simple dish of pork tenderloin that’s been rubbed with paprika, then browned and roasted. As an accompaniment you make a garlic and vinegar-forward pan sauced, finished with chilled butter. I let my pork “marinate” overnight in the paprika-oil rub, but this dish is so flavorful that that is probably not necessary.
I actually had to make a couple of minor substitutions to this dish and did not follow the recipe to the letter, and it still turned out brilliantly, so I figure if it can survive my idiocy and still be such a hit this is probably a pretty damn good recipe.
