Iowa Democratic party releases results from 62% of precincts

None of this makes a lick of sense. First, how can it possibly take more than 18 hours to tabulate the votes in an election that had about as many total voters as a mayoral election in a medium-sized city? I mean everything is supposed to be on paper, right? Not just on the paradigm-shattering synergistic nimble disruptive app?
Second, why release partial results? That is totally absurd.
Anyway:
Klobuchar got 12.6% of the delegates (these are percentage of delegates I think). Yang got 1.1% . Steyer (not totally sure who that is tbh) got 0.3%. Everybody else got 0.0%.
