Green New Deal Day

For everyone in the greater Boston area, on Saturday, I am participating in a one-day conference at Harvard on the Green New Deal. I’ll be talking about labor unions and the history of labor-environmental alliances and why those are so hard today, unless I decide to speak about something else off the cuff instead. Whole day should be good and thought-provoking. Mostly, it will be a nice chance for everyone to engage in a politics outside of freaking out about whether Bernie Sanders will or won’t be the presidential nominee and instead start preparing for a future we have to demand to survive as an ecologically functioning planet.
