Quality Historical Documents
I am in America’s Favorite Spring Break Paradise (TM) this week–Pullman, Washington–on a research trip. I haven’t found anything particularly exciting in terms of public sharing except for a Stewart Brand column ranting against the evils of the metric system and various nutty right-wing rural Northwesterners talking about how gold mining is good for fish and the like. But this document that resides at the Minnesota Historical Society–and which you can buy!–is surely worthy of a late night thread.
