Actually, the post title is unfair to McCain, who at least did one, very important, material thing to oppose Trump. Flake has nothing to show for himself but words distancing himself from a president he supports with his actions no matter what.
Meanwhile, a letter signed by every Democratic member of the Senate Judiciary Committee:
My conclusion is that both parties are the same but the Democrat Party is more neoliberal.
